We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
❖ 1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- ✔ The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- ✔ You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- ✔ The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
❖ 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- ✔ Customized or tailored dresses.
- ✔ Products purchased during clearance or sale events.
- ✔ Items without original tags, packaging, or if used/washed.
❖ 3. Return Process
To request a return:
- ✔ Provide your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.
- ✔ Once approved, ship the product back to our return address (shared via email).
❖ 4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- ✔ A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- ✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- ✔ If applicable, exchange or store credit may also be provided.
❖ 5. Exchange Policy
We currently allow size exchanges for eligible products. Please note that exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
