❖ 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • ✔ The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • ✔ You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • ✔ The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

❖ 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • ✔ Customized or tailored dresses.
  • ✔ Products purchased during clearance or sale events.
  • ✔ Items without original tags, packaging, or if used/washed.

❖ 3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • ✔ Provide your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.
  • ✔ Once approved, ship the product back to our return address (shared via email).

❖ 4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • ✔ A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • ✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • ✔ If applicable, exchange or store credit may also be provided.

❖ 5. Exchange Policy

We currently allow size exchanges for eligible products. Please note that exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
